Return and Refund Policy

Because every MyKidsArt.ae product is custom created just for you, we do not accept returns or exchangesunless there is a significant issue with your order.

 

As such, please inspect your MyKidsArt.ae order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately at info@mykidsart.ae within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photos of the damage (product and packaging). Refund requests without photos will not be accepted.

 

If your refund request is approved, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds.

 

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, please reach out again.
